All of LiverPole's Fitness Pole Dance Courses are 6 weeks long. Each class last 60mins and begins with a warm up, followed by a pole dance routine, body conditioning and a cool down.

The focus of each class is to improve strength, muscle tone and flexibility. You will learn to perform basic pole spins and transitional moves.

PAYG classes £10 if booked in advance - £12 otherwise

2 month (8 week) unlimited pass £60 Both must be paid before the start of class
