Welcome to Y4R

We offer small group classes to help the Yogi Runner:

  • Stay injury free, improve core strength and agility
  • Recover and detoxify [foam rolling]
  • Alleviate lower back pain, tight hamstrings, neck and shoulder
  • Improve all sports that require core strength and agility

Cost:

  • Trial class €10
  • Drop in class = €15
  • Package of 10 classes = €130 / €110 for run club members
  • Package = valid for 4 months

**Booking cancellation = 24 hours

Specials:

  • €5 for runners with a race start number [within 2wks of race]
  • €20 DISCOUNT on yoga package for groups/run clubs

Free Group Run:

  • Joining a Group Run before the class is optional
  • Group run = FREE for Trial class + students with Yoga package
  • Please arrive 45 minutes before the start of your class
  • Reserve your place on the group run by putting 'run' after your name when you book a class

  • Group run = not available on Tuesdays
