This slightly more intense practice builds on asanas learned in beginners yoga and incorporates a mix of vinyasa flow, power and hatha yoga to tone, stretch and release every muscle. The dynamic nature of the class means you will get a little hot and sweaty (however if you choose to take it easy that's fine too!). Options will be given for beginners right through to intermediate so you can work as hard as your body will let you.

Suitable for beginners of reasonable fitness and those who have practised other forms of yoga. Male and Female students welcome.
