Getting into yoga can be intimidating, so this class is here to get you comfortable with the basics. This class is designed to introduce you to a dynamic, flow yoga. During the class you will learn basic asanas (poses) to tone and stretch the entire body.  These postures will form sequences which you will move through in time with your breath. 

Breathing techniques will be taught to focus the mind and enable you to tune into what your body (and mind) needs from you.  The class is designed to improve breath control, build strength, increase flexibility and aid relaxation.  You will complete the class with a guided relaxation to help release any tension left in the body and mind leaving you feeling energised, nourished and rejuvenated.

This is a beginner-level class, suitable for everyone. Do as little or as much as you can without judgement or expectation. Practice with ease and move at your own pace in a way that feels good for you.
