Conference Day Information:

Paid registration includes admission to the conference, all meals, and a free gift!

BREAKFAST: Get your morning going with a wide selection of Bagels with available cream cheese, cinnamon rolls and fresh fruit

LUNCH: Enjoy warm bow tie pasta with your choice of a marinara or alfredo sauce, grilled chicken, a tossed salad and garlic bread.

AFTERNOON SNACK: Satisfy your sweet tooth with assorted cookies or a brownie, or get your savory fix with a pretzel with cheese.

Coffee, tea, and water will be available throughout the day

We also have opportunities for Sponsorship as follows:

Gold

Business Partners can display products and services with a six- foot table. The fee for the display table is $500 and includes two representatives who will receive meals and attendance to the educational sessions. You will also receive recognition on the slide presentation as well as the printed material. If you wish to have more than two people at the booth, there will be a $75.00 registration fee for each additional person. If you require an additional six-foot table, the extra cost is $100.

Silver

Would you like to attend our conference, but not have a table? For the silver level, you will receive attendance to our conference, including all meals, and be listed as a sponsor on our slides and paper materials. You may also leave items on our shared table with information about your organization. This level of sponsorship is a contribution of $300.

Bronze

For those wanting to be recognized as a sponsor, but unable to attend, please consider a silver level sponsorship. You will be recognized, and a shared table for these sponsors will be available to display materials at your request. This level of sponsorship is a contribution of $200.

There are other opportunities to participate, including sponsorship of attendee bags, notepads, pens, etc. for the attendees, or donations of goods and services to be used as door prizes the day of the event. Please let us know if you’d like to contribute in one of these ways.

Conference day will start with registration at 6:30 A.M. and includes breakfast with the business partners. The conference presentations will begin at 8:00 A.M. There are two scheduled 30 minute breaks, one 15- minute break, and lunch with business partners during the day. The conference will end at 5:00 P.M.
