Come join Audrey DeLong for some refreshing and rejuvenating yoga on the Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) at Whiskeytown Lake. With a smaller class size you will receive an intimate and personalized experience in this fall season. Come join the fun as we have the lake all to ourselves, and....

Watch the eagles soar, hear the quiet calm, feel the fresh breeze, and connect with your inner, true nature, as we let go of cares and worries with a fun, active, yoga flow practice on the water. Class will start with a short SUP lesson. All levels are welcome with modifications given to stay dry, if you want to!

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to start time. We will meet at Whiskey Creek Boat Launch.

Wear comfortable yoga or athletic clothing in layers and/or a bathing suit, NO COTTON, and bring a change of clothes and a towel, just in case.

Class price is only $32.00! This includes a SUP, paddle, lifejacket, and an anchor. 100s of pictures from the experience are included and will be uploaded to the OnWater Yoga Facebook page within 48 hours of the class.

Please read, print, sign, and bring attached waiver with you to class: only need to do once.

Allow 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling requests. Cancellations/rescheduling requests that occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled class are subject to a fee equal to the full cost in all circumstances, including illness. Cancellation/ rescheduling requests may be submitted via email, voicemail, or phone.

Heavy rain, lightening, and/or gusty winds cancel class and will be determined 1 hour prior to class start time. Check your email before heading out for cancellation and to reschedule.

ABILITY TO SWIM IS REQUIRED.
