On Water Yoga

we play under rainbows & bald eagles & love adventure. we may sometimes get a little wet or cold or hot. we think it's worth it.

On Water Yoga combines the ancient science of yoga with the therapeutic aspects of water & nature to create an experience unlike any other. Group & private classes are held year-round in Redding, CA or a special event may be near you! Check the schedule & register for your class below.

Audrey DeLong is an Experienced 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT200) and has studied Yoga Therapy since surviving her battle with Stage 3 Ovarian Cancer in 2001. Audrey has been practicing yoga since 2000 and is a sponsored athlete with Raw Revolution. She trained in Bali for her initial yoga teacher certification, is a PSUPA (Professional Stand Up Paddleboard Association) Instructor, a SUP Yoga instructor trained with OnBoard SUP and Stoked Yogi, a SUP Yoga Teacher trainer, and has been teaching SUP Yoga since 2011. Audrey is a lifeguard and has guarded on the beaches in Southern California and at numerous lakes and pools across the country since 2005. She has a Bachelor's degree in Education and has worked as an EMT on an ambulance, in the ER, and as a ski patroller. Her love and passion for life, teaching, yoga, SUP, and the water all combine to create a holistic and rejuvenating experience for you to unify your mind, body, & spirit.

BRING YOUR OWN SUP and let's play on this night, enjoying the sunset, the water, and the week with a full 2.5 hours on the water as the sun sets on the hillsides. Join this special extended paddle SUNSET Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga class with Audrey DeLong at Whiskeytown Lake!

Class will start with a short SUP lesson. All levels are welcome as Audrey will lead you through a fun, active, yoga flow practice on the water. This class includes some extra time to play, paddle, and enjoy this warm summer night!

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to start time.

Wear comfortable yoga or athletic clothing in layers and/or a bathing suit, NO COTTON, and bring a change of clothes and a towel, just in case. Class will meet at the location.

Class price is only $32.00! This includes an anchor and 100s of photos uploaded to the OnWater Yoga Facebook page within 48 hours. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN PADDLEBOARD, PADDLE, AND LIFEJACKET.

Please read, print, sign, and bring attached waiver with you to class: only need to do once.

Please allow 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling requests. Cancellations/rescheduling requests that occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled class are subject to a fee equal to the full cost in all circumstances, including illness. Cancellation/ rescheduling requests may be submitted via email, voicemail, or phone.

Heavy rain, lightening, and/or gusty winds cancel class. Check your email before heading out for cancellation and to reschedule.

ABILITY TO SWIM IS REQUIRED.
