Gentle, friendly, bespoke yoga classes, ideal for beginners and anyone looking to learn to improve the way they feel (especially if wanting to learn to relax in a way that feels safe and gentle, manage anxiety and boost mood), increase stamina, flexibility and strength.

Classes include pranayama (breath practices), asana (physical yoga practice) and yoga nidra and other relaxation techniques.

48 hour cancellation policy and no refunds so do talk to Eve before booking if you have any questions.

If there's no availability for a class you'd like to attend, email Eve (saying which class/es) and ask to be added to the waiting list - this just means she'll contact you if space becomes available in case it's still of interest.
