Welcome! We regularly offer Osho active and passive meditations and meditative processes and provide workshops and trainings for people who want to dive deeper into meditation and transformation. Osho Studio also hosts a variety of classes and workshops in Dance, Breathwork & Bioenergetics, Tantric Energetics, Pilates and Healing Arts. Osho Studio is located near Schlesisches Tor area in Berlin Kreuzberg. You can find our bright and open space in the middle of a historical industrial flour mill near the river spree.

A Drop-in active meditation,

every Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

A 1 hour rejuvenating meditation technique with music, that helps you to loosen up. Shaking and dancing of the first two stages helps to “melt” the rock-like being, Last two stages enable all this energy to flow vertically, upwards into silence. A highly effective way of unwinding and letting go at the end of the day.

From activity to non action

15 mins Shaking (standing loose and natural)

15 mins Dancing, anyway the body wishes to move

15mins Standing or sitting in silence, eyes closed watching

15 mins Lying down in stillness, eyes closed

First timers please arrive 15 minutes earlier for studio orientation.
