Classes can be booked 1 week in advance. Workshops can be booked 2 weeks in advance. Bookings close one hour before start time.

A deeply relaxing class for the mind and body, you will learn different techniques that can be then put into practise at anytime to bring you back to your 'natural state' - relaxed. The effects of stress can lead to many illnesses within the body/mind. Using breath work, guided meditation, some gentle neck and shoulder exercises releasing tension, finishing with a Yoga Nidra journey. Leaving the class you will feel present, connected, rejuvenated & relaxed.
