Yoga and Meditation - all levels

Class based on the fundamentals and principles of classic Yoga. Designed to calm, as well as strengthen and invigorate, this Hatha yoga class offers breath-centred mindful movement and covers the foundation range of poses (asanas) and breath control (pranayama).

The yoga physical practice will prepare us mentally and energetically for the quiet experience of Meditation. 15-20 minutes of this class is devoted to meditation (guided) and deep relaxation.

Meditation guidance – based on and inspired by Tibetan Buddhism (secular psychology, helpful and relevant to modern day busy lives).

A keen focus is kept on alignment and the breath. I encourage every individual to practise in a way that meets their physical, mental and energetic needs on the day.
