Bitters! Bitters? What on earth is all the fuss about, anyway? Well, we're here to tell you: bitters may actually change your life. Or at least your drink! During this class, we'll learn how to use bitters as a fantastic addition to your cooking + cocktails repertoire.

Visiting Chef Tom Begnaud of the delish Prairie Ale House will be highlighting locally-made Bittercube Bitters throughout his menu. And Bittercube mixmasters Nick Kosevich and Ira Koplowitz will be mixing cocktails to match.
