With bi-annual opportunities to meet with a growing qigong family, this program is an invitation to promote balance, peace, and harmony in your life. The purpose of this program is to create communities of practitioners dedicated to the study of Classical Chinese Wisdom Traditions to support each other on this path to deeper Knowing and Enlightenment.

In JingDao sessionl 1, students will learn:

• Chinese shamanic Qigong principles

• Yijing (I Ching ) I – symbolism and numerology

• Shamanic Three Sources Qigong

• Five Elements Qigong

• Internal alchemy meditation I

Workshop price ($1800) includes tuition, lodging and meals.

A limited number of private rooms are available for an additional fee, upon request.

Course begins with dinner at 6:30pm on Dec 1 and ends after lunch (about 1pm) on Dec 6.

2017-2019 JingDao program (sessions 1-4) dates: Session 1: 1-6 December 2017 Session 2: 13-18 March 2018 Session 3: 15-20 October 2018 Session 4: 13-18 March 2019

Master Zhongxian Wu, a lifelong Daoist practitioner, is the recognized lineage holder of various forms of classical Qigong, Taiji and martial arts and author of 12 books (5 in Chinese) on Chinese wisdom traditions. He synthesizes wisdom and experience for beginning and advanced practitioners, as well as for patients seeking healing, in his unique and professionally designed courses and training programs. He has been teaching in the Pacific Northwest since 2001.
